Yesterday, 

Sesi timbang berat badan.
(ari-ari timbang padahal)

Haha

Yeah

4.5kg loss weight

Sapa kata aku x mampu,

Hasil dari lebam-lebam kaki pergi gym,berhasil.
come on, you have many things to do.

Trust me, lebam x hilang lagi sampai sekarang,hasil tersadung masa "jalan laju-laju tahap gile-gile sampai semput"

"Nurul dah turun berat,yeah"

To Penangian,
stop eating nasi kandar at 10.00pm, I am sick with you guys,
It's not good for your heart and body.

COme on la,
Peniaga2 ni pon satu,
ada ke pukul 10 baru bukak kedai.

I never had rice at 10.00pm,
only honeystar + milk if i am hungry.

Budak gemok wanna have lunch with her friends,
